DESIGN PROCESS

Our UX team conducted interviews with our app users to gather their requirements for the new tool. The team sketched the sequence of screens and conditional diagrams, then the design team created the wireframes. After our users tried our prototypes, we had another round of design adjustments before the final UI was created and implemented.
