Tumwater Pointe Apartments is a new development by Koelsch Construction in Tumwater, Washington.

The target market is affluent generations Y and Z consumers.

My role in this project was to research the regional market and create a logo and style guide that would be modern, attractive and professional with the goal of ensuring successful marketing and sales efforts.
